"One of the nicest experiences at Phipps was attending an interesting, informative, and hands-on class in Indian vegetarian cooking, taught by a lovely Indian woman, Jayashree Iyengar, of Popping Mustard Seeds, LLC. It was so much fun that I convinced my husband to attend future classes with me. He had tasted the meals that I recreated at home, with the recipes that were provided at each class. He was sold on joining in the educational, and fun experience with me. Our instructor Jayashree taught us not only how to prepare delicious meals, but offered lots of insight into the different types of Indian cooking, and the nutritional value of the many meals that we created. To this day we have a shelf of Indian spices and recreate the meals often. They are wonderful."
